Michiru Morikawa is a Japanese illustrator and manga artist. She won the prestigious International Manga and Anime Award in Britain, and received a prize for Best New Manga Artist from Kodansha. As a graphic artist, Morikawa has illustrated concert and theater posters in Japan and public service posters in Birmingham, UK. With Sean Michael Wilson she has created several graphic novels so far - 'Yakuza Moon' (Kodansha), 'Demon's Sermon', 'Musashi' and 'The Faceless Ghost' (Shambhala Publications).
